Installed the ITCH software, however when I restart my Laptop and start the ITCH software, ITCH says "Hardware Disconnected". I've tryed reinstalling it and followed the directions in the guide, and get the same message.

Hi Gaeta,

When you ran the installer for ITCH did you have the DX unit connected?

If you go to Start Menu>Control Panel>Sound, does the DX unit come up as a sound device in either the playback or recording sections?

Can you make it is NOT selected as your sound device in this section, and that your "default sound device" is still selected?
