Hello!

I do not know if this is how it's just me or does this happen: For needlesearch work, the music has to be on break! It should work this way? I saw some videos on Youtube which shows the needlesearch in working with the music playing normally! It's very strange this and I've been having this problem since the ITCH 1.8.
I think it inconsistent to pause the music to 'browse' through it!

Music is playning and NeedleSearch is working!
I'm testing my controller now and NeedleSearch work ONLY deck is paused! Very, very strange!
The one difference that I see on this video for my system is that the DJ is using Mac! Is there a difference between ITCH for PC and ITCH for Mac?

I think that the problem exist in ITCH PC version only!

Maybe you lock playing deck in settings. unlock & needlesearch will work.

Yes, my decks is LOCKED! I'll try to unlock and I'll do more tests!
I don't test this possibility! I think that 'LOCK' function lock deck to previne accidental music load only.

Note: I cannot see your picture file! Download link is not enable to me. Only Serato staff can see attached files.

on page 31 of the controller manual is written:

Lock playing deck
This disables loading of new tracks on decks which a track is playing. This disables operation of the NEEDLE SEARCH (ALPHABET SEARCH) pad when a track is playing.
