I use SSL for my 1200s and ITCH for my NS7 but my crates from SSL do not load when i plug up to my NS7. Now imagine when i pull my NS7 out for a small gig and the crates dont load. Please let me know what to do. I remember them loading one time but not this time.



HELP PLEASE.........

did you install itch into the same serato folder as SSL is in? Thats how i did mine and all my crates show up in both my ssl for turntables and my itch with my ns6

Hi Confused DJ,

that's a strange one indeed. Do you have ScratchLive open when running ITCH? Does this happen all the time or just intermittently? Do you use iTunes at all?

no ITCH by its self and vice versa. No iTunes at all

Try rebuilding your V2 database. The details of how to do this are here: serato.com

Note: Rebuilding the databaseV2 file will revert all of the 'date added' dates to today's date and will delete any files out of ITCH that aren't currently in a crate or playlist.

is there an error message that comes along with the crates not loading?

Can you attach a screen shot to this thread of ITCH just after you've opened it please?
