the problem is that it wont isolate one song u can still hear the left deck when the headphone slider is all the way to the right.

Sounds to me like you have the headphone mode switch set to "master" instead of "cue 1 - cue 2".

Hey Dj C-los00,

Yeah this sounds like the problem. If you change it to Cue1/Cue 2 then you will only hear that channel in your headphones when you cue, instead of hearing the master output.

Let me know if that fixes it :)

So you have it set to 'Headphone Mode' set to Cue1/Cue2 and the headphone fader all the way to the right and you can still hear both channels?

That doesn't sound right. Can you check that you have the latest firmware installed. Check in the hardware tab of the ITCH setup screen.

If that doesn't help you can you let me know if this has always happened or did it only start recently? Have you tried using the latest version of ITCH, 2.1? If not try that out.

It may be a hardware fault but I'll need to narrow a few things down before we can come to that conclusion :)

Yeah that sounds to me like a hardware issue with the headphone fader. I think you would be best to get into contact with Numark support and they will be able to help you with getting it fixed : serato.com

Let me know how you go :)
