(page 21)
Swyft 5:14 PM - 7 December, 2011

Swyft 5:15 PM - 7 December, 2011
you have to switch scenes just to get to it........sucks with a controller too.....more dynamic on the 57
ral 5:29 PM - 7 December, 2011

I don't think its gonna make a difference with what I'm tryin' to do......the sound fx "goes away" once you switch sides with the fader........ it doesn't with the 57....kinda sucks.

good point! is there a fix to this at all? anybody know?
p.l.o.style 6:42 PM - 7 December, 2011
what i usually do, since i use the HPF and LPF often, i max them out to full, so whatever Fx I have on will remain there. (for example echo) without moving xfader

Another one I do is set the line volumes on serato to the knobs up top. use the fx and lower the volumes to -0-, the fx will remain without having to move the xfader.

maybe thisll help?
p.l.o.style 6:42 PM - 7 December, 2011
^^^ this for an X1 btw (sorry wasn't clear)
Swyft 6:45 PM - 7 December, 2011
yeah...I've been leaving the fader in the middle...maxing out the fx that I'm using...sounds good, but would be nice if I can have it still go while cuttin' up the other side. TTM57...lol.

i think this was covered somewhere in 57SL discussion..

I also noticed on the 57 that if u change bpm on an effect while the effect is off, it sounds really inaccurate until u turn it off again and on the second time or change the bpm while the effect is on.. it will then play the effect as it should.

what I would like to see (pls correct me if im mistaken) is a hot key for SP6 Bank -- having to click with mouse to go to next bank is a little annoying

y'all need to read up on the difference between pre-fader fx (which is the internal software effects) and post-fader effects (which are the effects in the 57).

There will never be a "fix" for this.

yeah but i already just provided examples of how to bypass this with the x1 alone. and i'm pretty positive there will be a "fix" for this. #master fx
Swyft 4:17 PM - 8 December, 2011

The also said there would never be an echo out since thats a post fader technique.....it was added
dj_soo 10:30 PM - 9 December, 2011
it was more a workaround than anything - still a pre-fader effect...
KIRK DIGGLER 1:14 AM - 4 February, 2014
