After analyze tracks, scratch lives comments deletes and adds symbols like this "ÿþR" (not always the same symbol)

What format are these files? Did you edit the comment within Scratch Live or outside of it?

The files are ".mp3" and ".aiff-c". The comments are edited with iTunes.

Never seen this type of file before. That could be an issue.
Next is - if you want the tags to show properly in Scratch Live - then edit the tags in Scratch Live and they will stay.
If you are depending on iTunes then you will run into the problem a lot more than not.

Hola de nuevo. Sigo teniendo el mismo problema. Incluso editando los "tags" con serato.
Hay algún departamento técnico de serato al que pueda dirigirme?

I'd the problem with ID3 in WAV files using 2.3.0.
I didn't test it for any other file type (e.g. MP3) and also not with 2.3.1 until yet.

I'm going to also close this thread as they are aware of the issue.

Los high quality files como AIF Y WAV no tienen un standard para sus Tags Y Serato esta buscando formas para que el tagging sea mas seguro en Scratch Live con estos files.
Este problema ya fue reportado como un bug dentro del software Y Serato esta tratando de arreglarlo. Prueba la proxima version de Scratch Live cuando sale a ver si los files detienen su tag mejor.
Tambien puedes tratar de reformatiar los files a otro formato para ver si eso arregla el problema.
