What versions to run? SL4 / Sixty Eight & NS6

WarpNote 5:05 AM - 7 September, 2011
I'm running SL4 / Sixty Eight with tech 1210s on a regular basis. After a few nasty experiences with 2.3,
I reverted back to 2.2.0 for Sixty Eight & 2.2.2 for SL4. I've got Ableton/The Bridge installed.
Only doing audio, but looking to do video (own visuals, not regular videos) within the year.
Think I'll be going with ME, not VSL due to the nice features in ME.

I still have my old SL1 and do gigs now and then with that box on SSL 1.9.2

I'm contemplating getting the NS6 for mobiles (audio only), even thought about getting V7's
(to use the the Sixty Eight) as I'm so used to Technics turntables.

So whats your recommendations on what versions to run? After installing Itch 2.0.1,
I noticed there is no beatgrids present, so I'll probably need to reanalyze in Itch 2.0.1 ?
Just to make sure, will reanalyzing in Itch 2.0.1 in anyway affect overviews in SSL 2.2.0 / 2.2.2 ?

I did reanalyze some tracks in Itch 2.0.1, edited some tags, and one perfectly working track actually showed up corrupt in itch. Track was bought from iTunes last week (Apple AAC codec, the track was also anylyzed for key-code in Mixed-in-key)

This issue had me worring a bit, as I don't know any methods for "cleaning" an AAC file.
For mp3 tracks I'd run them through the MP3 Validator, Scan & Repair program -> triq.net

My gig computer is a MacbookPro on Leopard 10.5.8....

Any good advice?
Thanks Warp.

Bagged the idea about an ns6 for now. Bring CDJ1000MK3's for lighter gigs instead.
Been using all current versions, settled on 2.3.1 for now, as both 2.3.3 and 2.4 had minor bugs for me, (still using the same computer with SL4 & Sixty Eight...)
