Hey djra125,

When do you get this error message? Can you please download and install 2.0 here : serato.com let me know if this fixes your problem.

What are your computer specifications? (see here : serato.com)

Without that "WINDOWS" file. You're going to have a hard time installing any program that requires accesss to write to comman.exe

You can try the fixit method here. support.microsoft.com
