Product: itch
Version: 2.0.0
Hardware: numark-ns7||numark-nsfx
Computer: pc
OS Version: win764

I went to install ITCH. I saw 2.0 came out, I was excited that maybe some of the issues I've been experiencing were fixed. Its hung on "please wait while the install shield wizard installs itch. this may take several minutes".
Oh really? Well its been stuck at 50% for 14hrs.

Cancel button did not respond even after 15 minutes. Had to force quit the installer.

had that too.
I had to:
1.> Go to the device manager and un-install the drivers (with "delete the drivers" selected).
2.> Un-install itch.
3.> Reboot pc.
4.> Disable anti-virus software (i have norton, others said the same about kaspersky).
5.> Re-download itch and install it again WITH V7 PLUGGED IN.
Now its works fine, it took me about 4 days to get it to install on a brand new laptop with win7 (64bit) on it.
there is hope!

Hey jshpro2,
How are you going with this? Did you manage to install 2.0 successfully?
Uninstalling the NS7 drivers in the Device Manager, re-downloading 2.0 from our site and re-installing it is what I recommend.
Let us know how you go :)
