be sure to hit up DJ Hut on P street in DC (dupont circle) and to check www.fivedc.com on 18th street

one of my favorite clubs for the soundsystem and the smoking area upstairs/outdoor bar. but it depends what kind of music you're into.... also right next door is a place called the 18th street lounge with SICK live reggae every wednesday night.
