Anyone know how to convert Itunes videos to other formats?

whats up fellas, any suggestions on how to convert an itunes M4V format music video into something more universal, like AVI, MPG, MOV, etc?

From a Mac perspective:

I know Handbrake converts DVD to iPod video - not sure if it works the other way.

A friend of mine uses Visual Hub which is like a swiss army knife of video conversion.

I use SUPERconveter for all my video converting needs. It's freeware and I've never had a problem with it. www.erightsoft.net

I rip my purchased Apple iTunes Videos usin SOUND TAXI w/VIDEO PACKAGE. It works perfect but it's PC only.

iTunes music videos are pretty horrible resolution at this point. Don't use them and get a real video pool.
