We address any issue on which we have suffient information. If specific mp3 files don't work, we can examine them (you will need to email them to support at serato), if you are talking about some other intermittant problem, then a better description will be required.
The general answer to your question is yes. If we can resolve an issue it will be in the next free release.

I have emailed the files to you guys. They did respond promptly but they couldnt figure it out and said to just re-rip the songs. The same songs do work in Final Scratch, they just dont load up in SSL... When I do try to load up these files, the time shows some thing like: 2345678909N876

What? What kinda attitude is that? It doesnt work with SSL, Fs works fine, I assume winamp plays fine... so this looks like an SSL problem. Guys, get your ass up and fix it, please! Chubbsta has also not received any answer about his mp3 which does not work, either on mac, nor on my windows pc!

Yup, this was exactly the same I've had.. Thx Nik. The guys looked into it, but couldn't find anything wrong with the mp3... Funny. Any other MP3 Player (iTunes, Audion, Quicktime) WILL PLAY the song, though.

same with me- iTunes, quicktime, FS, u name it- it plays it...
Unfortunately- this is the reason why I havent started using SSL yet- its been sitting here since May =( ... I used it once in a club. I couldnt load up some prime time songs... it caught me off guard and I cant risk that in a club environment again... so im still on FS

I downloaded them... I do have the 12" of the records but because I was running late, I just dl'ed em... They work fine in FS and iTunes and doesnt in SSL so it doesnt matter where I got them from, imo

If FS and SSL are loaded on the same system then FS may be your "problem". FS does something to the mp3 that SSL can't seem to pickup. I had to totally remove FS and any associated files related to FS or Traktor and then my mp3's started working again.
You may want to try converting one mp3 that does not load in SSL back to a WAV file. If SSL plays that WAV file then your problem is definitely running FS and SSL on the same system.
Unfortunately, I've also had this problem happen occasionally after playing an audio CD in SSL. The only solution for this was to roll back Windows XP to an earlier restore point when SSL was reading my mp3's. But, like everybody else has found everything but SSL could play the mp3. So even if removing FS works there still seems to be a problem with SSL that it thinks some mp3's are "corrupted" but everybody else's player can play the mp3 fine. If it happens again I'll remember to e-mail a copy of the mp3.
Having said all that I don't see why he shouldn't be able to keep FS and SSL on the same system if he wants to, so there is a problem somewhere because my "fix" is a little drastic.
