Hey Longy,
I created your own help thread so we can track everyone's issue separately and give the initial poster the attention they need for their issue.
As for your issue.. from looking at your MIB info the problem is you don't have enough keyframes in your file.
You should have an average of 1 keyframe every 30 frames.
This video has one keyframe every 309 frames.
Your going to want to use Handbrake as I suggested in the other post.
Read this article regarding Handbrake --> serato.com
You will need to download and use the previous version of Handbrake (0.9.4) found here --> www.oldapps.com
The Serato preset will not work with the newer 0.9.5 version.

Your videos have already been compressed a ton.
I don't think your going to see any visual difference after you convert.
The instructions to batch convert are in the Handbrake article.

I basicly want to convert all my files at once, i have looked at that article, and as far as i can make out i have to individualy add the files 1 by 1. I can not seem to highlight all my files and add them at once

You have to add the files to a Que individually. This takes about 10 seconds per track.
Once they are added to the Que you can batch convert them.

Thats 2 hours work (for 700 tracks) + all the time its going to take me re attaching the files in my Library + all the concintration and stress making sure that i dont skip a file, that has probaly taken me at least 10 mins to sync and edit previously.
I really think that ye should have some sort of program or preset in Handbreak to sort this out. I cant imagaine how that fella in the last post feels about re encoding 15,000 video's.!!!!!!! Also another simple solution and hugh time saver would be the ability to make cue points in Video's. That would cut out 90% of the time i spend syncing music video's to audio. I have request this in the past, also the ability to drag the video playing on the left onto the right (like the instant doubles option).
As im writing this out handbreak is making a black box pop up every 10 seconds or so on my screen. I need to close it down to continue writing this response to you. It actualy sums my Vsl experience so far. Alot of time wasted with nothing but problems to show for it.
I really do hope that this solution sorts out my problems,,,, because to be honest the amount of time, effort and money i have put into this has been crazy. hahahahah, and just as im saying it, Handbreak crashes, and wait....... starts up again :) and crashes again, + no 320k mp3 option in Handbreak, i give up!!!!
Maybe 2mor i might feel like waisting another few hours

There are many converting programs out there that work but since there are so many variables involved with converting the files properly we recommend Handbrake. Its a free program and Serato was able to create a preset that has all the parameters set for you.
Did you install the 0.9.4 version of Handbrake?
Are you getting any errors saying you need to install the 64bit version of VLC?
If so, I would try installing the 64bit version of VLC --> videolan.cdn.cacheboy.net
If that doesn't work then try downloading Handbrake 0.9.4 and the version of VLC listed here --> www.oldapps.com
