Ok. Please Excuse the spelling or what not, but im hitting my head on this?

I run SSL on my Toshiba Laptop, and Run Output From my mixer to My desktop computer on witch i have installed Acid 6.0 and Sonar and audio out to speakers from Desktop.

Problem.. is when i record.. on BOTH programs it plays back like 5 BPM faster? no matter what setting i put it on. even if i match up the tempos and everything. all i want to do is do mashup mixes with multi-track recording?. A friend of mine said it might be my Sound Card on my desktop But I CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT!!!??

Some one PLEASE HELP!! thx.

what rate are you using...44.1?

sounds like maybe one of your programs is using a diff setting than 44.1 is why i ask.

HMMMM?.. ok i tried this today.. i hooked up another laptop to my laptop.. and BAMMM Ii recorded just fine.. so it has to be the sound card on the Desktop.. how would i ajust or change that??>.

sounds like a sample rate problem to me also.
