Can someone tell me what the Serato Virtual audio plugin is and what it does? I am getting these error message on my console

03/02/2011 18:33:05 System Preferences[204] Error loading /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugIn.plugin/Contents/M
acOS/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugin: dlopen(/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugIn.plugin/Con
tents/MacOS/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugin,262): no suitable image found. Did find:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugIn.plugin/Contents/M
acOS/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugin:mach-o, but wrong architecture

03/02/2011 18:33:05 System Preferences[204] Cannot find function pointer New_SHP_PlugIn for factory 834FC054-C1CC-11D6-BD01-00039315CD46 in CFBundle/CFPlugIn 0x20031bbc0 </Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/SeratoVirtualAudioPlugIn.plugin> (bundle, not loaded)

These messages appear randomly when sl1 box is and is not connected, i had these messages on the following set ups...10.6.6 with ssl 2.2........10.6.5.with ssl 2.2.........and now 10.6.5 with ssl 2.1.1.........

i read in another post that the plugin may be corrupt and to delete the file then re install the program, which i did and it still appears. So far i have had no problems i:e freezing/crashing but this is causing me some concern to why its happening..........

my macs a 13 inch 4gb ram 500gbHD

any help is appreciated.

Are you using The Bridge plug-in for Scratch Live?
Ryan B 9:50 PM - 3 February, 2011
No sorry forgot to mention that, just sl1 and music only, no sp6 or djfx

No problem :)

Since you're not using the the Bridge, delete the SeratoVirtualAudioPlugin from the HAL folder. No need to reinstall SSL or try to rebuild the SeratoVirtualAudioPlugin file.

Any luck?
