when I try to assign midi triggers to serato functions with the nano pad I don't get any signal from the trigger pads... I do get a signal from the x-y pad oddly, but absolutely nothing from the trigger pads... meaning the box won't turn green. any ideas?
thanks!

well at least it isn't just me. I have the exact same problem, the nanopad used to work fine with the software until i upgraded to the new 2.2 version. Now when I try to remap it I get zero response from any of my pads. The nanopad still works fine in ableton, and i even borrowed a friend's nanopad just to make sure mine wasn't faulty, since the nanopad is especially prone to being buggy. Still no response. Pretty sure it's not the hardware. Does this version no longer support the nanopad?

Alright alright, after unplugging and replugging (didn't work), shutting down the computer and restarting it(didn't work), i think i have it figured out. Try this. Open serato, plug in the nanopad, now with the nanopad still plugged in, shut down serato and restart it. I don't know why, but this worked and my pads are activating again. Sorry for all the confusion, shoulda gone through all the restart options before posting earlier. Will update you if i figure anything else or if this fails.

Hey Fiasco and d_aa,
I'm pretty certain this is a 2.2 bug.
Try reverting to an older version here -->serato.com and let us know your findings.

Hey zach,
I think this is an issue that goes back to 2.0 cause this issue was not seen in 1.8.3 which was the first version I installed when i bought SSL and 1.9 but when I upgraded to 2.0 and above functionality with the nano pad just disappeared
