I'm guessing you are talking about the effect multiplier, i.e. 1/4, 1/2 , 1 , 2 .

the reason sometimes they are not available is to do with the BPM set on the track, can't find the post on it with the details at the moment.

maybe ur joystick is in transfom mode

or "press" it more accurately, it has a directional function also.

also technically you have to make sure it is active when group 6 is selected...then in the hardware menu under group 6 you can change the rhythm fraction of the delay in relation to the bpm with the left joystick (when it is not in transform mode).

TTM 57SL Echo and Hold Echo effects bpm multipliers are now disabled if unavailable: x2 multiplier is disabled if bpm is less than 40 x4 multiplier is disabled if bpm is less than 80

Yes, the TTM57 effects are pretty weak... But at least it does everything else outstanding. If your very serious about effects you should look into an outboard processor, even the cheaper ones are more powerful then SSL

i tend just to use the echo so its enough for me...
