Installed Novation Dicer. If SL1 is installed first then Dicer is not recognized and vice-versa. I read that the fix was to use a USB external hub. Used several external USB hubs to try to fix issue but same problem occured. Also upgraded BIOS.

Finally hooked up SL1 on USB Hub and Dicer direct to computer. Both units were recognized but only the Cue functions of the Dicer work. Tried to Map the Midi functions for Loop and Roll but Serato would not take mapping.

Hey DJ Nufo,

Sounds like you're having some weird problems.

Can you plug the SL 1 directly into the computer, and the Dicer into the external hub, and have them work setup that way? Is your USB hub powered?

It's always preferable that you have the SL 1 plugged directly into your computer. We have heard of this issue before, as it's come up as a driver conflict on iSeries machines.

Have you tried using Scratch Live 2.2? This has new Windows drivers on it, and it might help with this problem.

Also, with the functional problems of the Dicer, do you have BPMs set on your tracks? Auto Loop and Loop Roll will only work if you have BPMs on your tracks.

Plugged SL into computer and Dicer to hub.

Worked.

Thanks
