I am not a PC expert, and I don't even know the basics! I have tried the ITCH-SYNC program and it works ok,but it messes up my colomns in my crates and subcrates (and I have sooooo many)! I only use the song, bpm and filename in the colomns!
Anyway I think that scratch tools will be the best solution for me to add new songs in my library (which I have to do every single day).
I use only external HDDs (one on a regular basis, and one for backup)so I have no music whatsoever in my internal HDD.
The only command I need in scratch tools is SYNC CRATES AND SUBCRATES AND SUB SUBCRATES,COLOMN ORDER,and maby NEW SONGS!
Given all the above, can anyone give me detailed instructions (like u talk to an elementary school boy,I am not a PC expert) about scratch tools in a windows XP enviroment, where to download it, how to install, and how to make it work? A video would realy help me a lot,but I know it is too much to ask!
It will be a life saviour,if someone can help me out! Thank you!

What is it you're trying to do?

I have to add new songs in my library every single day and not only few! So I read about Scratch Tools and this programm will help me a lot! But I don't understand how to install and what to do and how to work with the commands so I can sync my files with my crates and sub crates and keep my columns the way I need them!
I have watched videos of how to,but they all are in mac,and because I am not an expert in computers,I don't know what to do in windows xp enviroment

Not trying to be a jerk, but don't you think you should either go to their website or ask nik39 directly?

download SSL 2.2 and that fixes the column width bug. Oh yeah, I wouldn't use scratch tools unless I knew what I was doing.

That would be help! To give me directions, where to go and whose help to ask! But I guess I have to figure this out myself!
Thanks
