Im pretty sure Serato is covered. Remember you agreed to a legal contract by signing up for this forum, and in it I'm sure it states that the views expressed by users are not of the company. Basically you use public forums at your own risk. If someone is racist to you here how can you hold the company liable? I'm not saying its right but you have the option not to use a public forum.
