Incorporating the board game "Scene It" Questions into your video set.

The other day i had to do a 80s party and I had an idea to copy the DVD that came with this board game "Scene it". There are 100s of questions in video clips in music, movie and video clips. I played a few of the questions during a little trivia set. i used Handbrake to copy about 100 questions and then I named them as the answer so I wouldnt mess it up. Now I am thinking about incorporating it more into my sets. Has anyone ever thought of doing that or did it before, what was your success rate.

thats a pretty good idea man.

obviously it would kill in some places and die in others....
but def a cool way to get more interaction.

I think you could even do them in Quartz perhaps, then fire it as an overlay in ME

LOL, man I have no clue what Quartz is or ME....LMAO. I have a corporate party to do and they are doing raffles and doorprizes, I may use some questions to help with the door prizes. They have good clips on there from ferris Buellers Day off, Animal house, the show "ALF" and many more.

I tried a similar idea with several horror movie clips at my Halloween gig, but the "scene-it" dvd would save alot of time editing... thanks for the tip!

I also used the pop culture DVD, they play the clip and ask the question but you have to know the answer becuase the answer is another chpater/file on the DVD it wont automatiacally play the answer as the next file. Its sorta like copying the insanity DVD or Disney DVD, the files are scrambled on the DVD and not necessarily in order. Some of the question will play the clip and give you a multiple choice, but like I said you either gotta know the answers or you got to have them in order where you can show the answer.

Yes, many DJs have incorporated trivia sets using video clips from games like "Scene it" or other sources. It can be a fun and interactive way to engage the audience during a party. The success rate depends on the crowd and how well the trivia questions align with their interests. If executed creatively and matched with the theme of the event, it can be a hit and add a unique element to your DJ sets. See more here: <a href="theshadowapk.com
