Hi, I love my new mixer. It came with Itch 1.4 and worked fine. When I upgraded to Itch 1.7 my NS7 works fine but my NSFX(the effect controller) does not work. I have installed, reinstalled and done everything. What could be the problem? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Please can you confirm what is not happening are some effects missing or is the effects section not activated have you tried switching ports?

I have tried everything. I switched computers and the same thing. When I upgraded to 1.7, the NS7 works fine. The effect controller doesn't. When I try to use one like the echo or the flanger, the song almost comes to a crawl and it sounds distorted. When I go back to 1.4 the effects work fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello, it sounds like you have a corrupt installation I have not seen this issue before.
I will investigate.
