The left deck's fine, the right deck always shows a vertical line, I've swapped cables and used the box with a different computer, as well as using a different channel on my mixer, which leads me to believe one of the box's outputs has failed on the right deck.

Well if you are getting a Vertical Line in the setup screen this means its the ''INPUT'' of the Rane sl-1 that is NOT getting a signal.
If you play a track in ''INT'' Mode does the sound on the right on screen deck come out of the Left and Right on your mixer? This will show that Rane sl-1 outputs are fine.
Do you use Turntables or CD Players?
If turntables then it could be the leads on the headshell. or the tone arm it self. so the easy way to test this is swap the decks around plug the left side into the right inputs on the rane sl-1. Now what do you have in the setup screen?
Let me know how you get on with these tests.
Cheers

The Left Channel Is Missing! So the Right is fine. If you put the right lead into the left socket does the line now go Horizontal?

right input from your turntable is at fault, either the right phono cable is damaged or your not getting a proper connection @ the tone arm from your cartridge

These guys have nailed it.
Striaght line in the scope view means Scratch Live is not getting an even stereo signal, which it needs. If you have access to another turntable or cdj, that can aid the problem shooting process. What I would have you run through are the steps below. They can help isolate where the problem is. It is either the turntable, needle or input of the Scratch Live hardware.
If you get a circle on the other side, swap the needles. Does the problem follow the needle or does it stay on the same turntable?
If you get a circle with one turntable, try it in both inputs of the SL-1. If you get circles on both sides with one turntable, but only a straight line in both inputs with the other turntable, I would suspect you have bad wiring in the turntable.
If both turntables give a circle on one side and both get a line on the other input, I would suspect the box. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
