I just opened the unit and set it up. It sounds great except for the slight delay in the headphones vs whats being played. This is making it hard to actually mix and I need the songs to sync perfectly as any other mixer would do. Are some of my settings off. Please advise. I'd like to be able to use this at a gig very soon and i need that problem corrected ASAP!!

Hi DjAdub.
What kind of amp/soundsystem are you using? Can you check if there is some kind of Dolby or surround sound activated?
Also can you please go into your Setup screen and let me know what the 5 digit number in brackets is in the lower left hand corner of the window. Also can you please let me know what the USB latency is set to?
Also can you please let me know what your computer specs are? And if you are using any other USB devices or hubs?
I'd make sure you were doing everything in this article too:www.serato.com
Cheers.

Actually i think i may have figured it out. I was using just the rca output and not the 1/4 inch output and noticed the delay. Is that something that is normal. What if i want to have multiple outputs and one is behind the other. It will sound crazy..is there any way to correct that?

These should both output at the same time, and there shouldn't be any latency in either of the outputs. Can you check the RCA and connections to your Amp, and the settings of the Amp, maybe even test with another setup?
