Whatever two decks you have selected as your primary decks in the setup menu (e.g. 1+2, 2+3, 3+4, 1+4) are the decks the knobs will load to by defualt. You probably are loading the tracks, just not to your primary decks. Switch to 4 deck stacked mode and I'll bet you see you loaded tracks to one of the other decks. Which leads to the following...

Whichever decks have the red box outline around them are the ones the knobs are going to load to. You toggle between the decks with the Layer/Shift button in the upper left of the mixer, you'll see the red outline box switch decks.

Thanks, I had the primary decks set to 1+4 and that's what was showing, but I'll switch to the four deck view and make sure it wasn't loading the another deck.

I think my load A button is broken. I can't load any tracks on deck one or two but I can load tracks on decks 3 and 4 using the load b button and layer/shift. Anyone else have this problem? Or do I need to send this in for repairs...

Talked to Chad and Zack at Rane had the issue fixed easily by just removing button cover. They're sending me a few new button covers in the mail.

My temporary fix was just to throw on the knob from my 57 scroller onto the 68 and it works great :D

I can't load my left deck either. When I take the knob off, it works fine. It looks like the knob white plastic is cracked inside.

Can I get new buttons as well?
