itunes playlists to serato crates

is there a way to covert a itunes list to a crate so i can close itunes

Hi Dj. Free-Style.

This simplest way to do this would be to create a new Crate, then drag the contents of a iTunes playlist into this new crate. Once done you can stop showing iTunes and just use these crates.

NOTE: anything you do to the location of the tracks in these iTunes playlists will also effect the tracks in the new Crate. ie. If you delete these tracks, then they will be deleted in the crate too. You will only see this when you try to play the track (it will come up as 'missing').

If you push shift and the left or right arrow a couple of times depending on which truntable you are trying to put a song that is seen as missing it will force the scratch live software to look for the song again and 9 times out of 10 it will find it. its only when the song is not on the drive itself that will keep you from finding it.
