djcity is way better as far as mixes, but i liked mymp3pool becasue of the acapellas and instrumentlas i was getting.

speaking of mymp3pool does anyone know how to download tracks on a mac? i went from pc to mac and now i cant do anything as simple as download a song. it says right click save as but there is no right click on a mac? frustrating..

Safari 5 fucked something up and right click save as source isn't available anymore by default. Try uising Firefox for Mac (better browser for everyday surfing anyway)

I loved idjpool but I noticed the dl's were slow

go to settings and click on trackpad, in there you should be able to enable the bottom right corner of your trackpad to be used like a right click in the macbook pro

I've noticed this also. NO ACAPELLAS in forever, very few instrumentals, and they used to have a bunch of hot music on there, but lately it's been a lot of crap


^^^^^this! lately it's more petedown's mp3 pool than mymp3pool lol... seriously though. Just give me the original song... I don't need the petedown hype mix or the "remike intro" (these piss me off because they're house songs that are the same as the original, only the intro is edited down to 8 bars and the quality is lower because it's been re-encoded. I could do the same thing with a cue point, and if I want to do a 32 bar blend, I can't). and if you are gonna put all these "dj whoever" edits up there, and least give me the original too. they used to. plus, lately they've been late as hell on a lot of stuff. If I bought it on Beatport, 7digital or itunes 2 months ago and you as a record pool are just posting it now for the first time, you're not doing your job and you're wasting my time and money...
I appreciate the edits and remixes, but I also want the original with acapella and instrumental...

I have a bunch of your stuff in my library. it's the ones where they put up an intro version of a song that doesn't need an intro (house music) but not the original, or they have a "hype mix" of a song where someone put the usual played out loops over a track and don't offer the original cut with just clean, dirty, instrumental, and acapella.....

Thats where DJ CITY comes in handy. You go to a remix. It offers you links to other remixes, versions and originals.

been thinking about switching to dj city, I've heard good things... might have to try it out for a bit.

I'm dropping mymp3pool going to try Dj city mymp3pool has not had any good new tracks they bust out new songs but there new because they where edited not because it's a new song and you see a shit load of the same song diffrient remixes ugh it's so annoying. I rather buy 10-15 good songs off of beatfreakz or crack4djs than wasit 20 bucks a month and download 2 songs a month not worth it just sayn.

DMS is my favorite pool so far followed by DJ City. I have them both and they compliment each other well.

Do these dj pool have old school hip hop 80's 90's disco, house, pop,dance reggae,r&b as well askew music I don't like to play one type of music I like to play with mash up too. I want new but I like old school too.
