Hi.
Last friday I had a gig in a club and my VCI stopped working after 30 mins of playing.
The unit didn't response to anything, I was making one transition from the right deck to the left, by moving the crossfader, when I realized I had moved all the way to the left deck and the right one was still sounding (like if the crossfader was on the middle). At this all the 3 faders didn't work at all, so I had to unplug & plug the unit for having it back to life ( I didn't close ITCH).
I had the VFX1 also plugged in, I was running through AC adaptor, and both the monitor level and monitor overdrive at maximum, cause the cabin monitors were so loud I couldn't listen through my headphones.

I was using ITCH 1.5 release candidate 2. I'm on a white macbook with 2 giga RAM and Snow Leopard. Airport off and no more software running.

I know I should post this on the beta area, but the button for posting bugs is not active at the moment (I guess u deactivate it).

Hi Emile,

Thank you for posting on the Serato ITCH boards. I would use the public released full version 1.5 ITCH and see if you have this same issue. This info is still valuable to us and Serato due to the fact that a crash still happened. As for the monitor overdrive maxed and your still having trouble hearing sound i would reposition the monitor speakers and see if that helps.

Ok. But isn't the stable version the same thing as the RC2???? 15047 is written on both filenames...

I couldn't move the speakers in that club... :(

I will let Serato know about the overdrive issue and see if they can add this feature to an update if possible. Thank you for for visiting us on the boards and your time. Build 15047 is the current version :)
