SelectMix AND Hot Tracks/Street Tracks

Jynxx 11:55 PM - 8 November, 2006
*** MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT FROM SELECT MIX AND HOT TRACKS ***

From the desk of Scott Thomas:

Select Mix and Hot Tracks have merged to form one company. This new company will operate both brands of remix services and we will continue to produce remixes under the series names you've learned to trust over the years. See below for information on a NEW Street Tracks release.

With this merger, comes some changes. To better serve all of our customers, we've consolidated our phone system. All customer service needs can now be handled by calling 1-800-959-1321 toll-free in the U.S. or by dialing 918-366-1100 from international locations. During office hours, you can press "1" to reach us to talk about any of your needs. In the very near future, we will also have an online trouble ticket system. Both web sites, www.selectmix.com and www.hottracks.com will work, pointing you into the same web system.

Our shipping options have also changed. All orders will ship via USPS "Priority Mail" for domestic orders, and "Air Mail" for international orders. FedEx shipping options will be turned on in the next week or so, for those who desire overnight shipping.

By popular demand, we will now be accepting payments via the Pay Pal method. We will continued to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well.

NEW ISSUE NEWS:

We are very pleased to announce that with this great merger comes the first NEW issue of Street Tracks! Volume 81 in the world famous Street Tracks series has amazing remixes of Beyonce, Ludacris, Chingy, Diddy and more! Remixers DJ Biggie, DJ DeToto and others usher in a new era of Street Tracks, along with longtime Street Tracks remixer DJ Sab. Also included on volume 81 is Sab's "While We Were Out Medley" featuring tracks from 2005. You can preview the tracks, and order yours online today at www.hottracks.com or www.selectmix.com Other new issues are in the works, and you'll receive information as soon as we can release it.

TELL US YOUR THOUGHTS:

I am eager to talk with customers I have not met or spoken to before... and look forward to hearing your suggestions about how we can make Select Mix and Hot Tracks the number one remix company in the world! Please reply to this e-mail if you have something to say. I will do my absolute best to answer all emails. Track suggestions? New series ideas? Lay it on me... and together, we will create something very special here! If you simply wish to be removed from our e-mail list, please see the link below.

In closing... I'd like to personally thank Scott Cox at Hot Tracks for working so closely with me on this project. Scott continues to be involved in the newly merged company and has been the driving force behind numerous improvements in the structure of both companies moving forward!

Kindest Regards,

Scott Thomas

Yeah, I do WAY more production work on SelectMix songs than I do on JyMixes... with SM people kinda expect it, and that's what sets the series apart. Believe me, for every 1 person that doesnt like the adds, there are 10-15 who love it :)

With JyMix I try to just keep it really close to the original so that the club guys have something to work with and not worry about wether their crowd will go for it or not.
=)

yeah there really is no right or wrong everyone has there one taste when remixes or remix services come to mind. I've used alot of Jymixes. I don't like it when you are at the club and a dj is spinning at funkymix and he le's the break play out! that's so stupid! lol by the way Ben McMillen has a project called operation remixes which are really cool with acapella beginings on them without a beat. I use those alot to!
