If I open a search window and locate a track, I cannot drag it and drop it in to one of the players. If I remember correctly, I used to be able to do so before. Did I screw up a setting?

What file format is it?

You should really be dragging it into the Scratch Live library and then loading it to the deck from there.

Files are mp3. Is it not wise to drop track right in to deck?

No, because that means its never in the library.

If its not in the library, how can you analyze it?

If you don't analyze it how do you know which files are bad / corrupt?

If you don't know which files are bad / corrupt, how do you know you are at risk of crashing?

Its possible you have WMA or an unsupported file type as well. If you go int the set-up / library tab, do you have "show all file types" checked?

I have just checked the "show all file types" But i cannot drag and drop even in to my library

If you have it checked, it can show unsupported file types.

Uncheck it, do they still show in the files window?
