Virtual platters appear completely black on both Deck 1 and Deck 2, with no rotation graphics or position indicator.
After updating to Serato DJ Pro 4.0 Stable on Windows 11, the platter UI fails to render correctly.
Both platters turn into solid black circles, as shown in the provided screenshot.
All other interface elements (waveforms, cue points, BPM, song info) display normally.
This issue makes it difficult to visually cue or use platter-based feedback.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Serato DJ Pro 4.0 Stable on Windows 11.
Load any track onto Deck 1 or Deck 2.
Look at the virtual platters.
Platters display only as black circles.
Occurs 100% of the time
Happens on every software launch
. Troubleshooting Already Attempted
Restarted Serato
Restarted computer
Updated GPU drivers
Toggled between different display modes
Issue remains unchanged

Additional Observation
If the loaded track has no cue points, the platter renders correctly (white platter with visible rotation markers and position indicator).
The moment a track contains cue points, the platter immediately turns completely black.

Just an FYI, people in the UK cant view Imgur files any more, so you're potentially missing out on a lot of help by using it.
Black circles usually denote some kind of through mode being used, have you double checked that you have relative or internal mode active?

I think you may have stumbled upon the black color icon bug
Check the color column and see if the track is black
I reported this in beta
They did not get to it

Well this is happening with or without any equipment connected, so i don'tthink it has somethingto do with relative or internal mode.
Apparently there are tracks with, for example, 7 cue points where the platter is white (normal), and some others with 7 cue points also where the platter is black. I have no idea...

Well, the tracks are actually "uncolored."

Crazy, but yes, I just tried this out and this is the issue. Even newly imported tracks, for which I've never set a color, seem to have been automatically (?) set to black. Weirdly, if I manually set the color to black, the platter is grayish, but not blacked out.

At least we, I suppose serato team to, now have the answer.
Thank you!

From what I understand, after a few tests, any newly (first-time) loaded track is automatically set by Serato as a black-color track. This is creating the issue. Weirdly, as I said, if I manually set the color to black again, the platter becomes visible.
