Serato Waveform Enlargement Issue

Hi, i am a serato user. I cannot enlarge the waveform I marked in the photo. I press the keys specified in the keyboard shortcuts, but there is no response. How can I solve this problem?

click on the serato screen and adjust the waveforms using + and - keys

Cctually to reduce or enlarge the waveform, you have to put your mouse cursor on the waveform then press and hold the shift key and tap your track pad once.

yer its been a while that I didnt have to adjust my screen wave files.

I just tested it now, you don't have to press ctrl,
just click anywhere on serato and then press - or + to zoom in and out,
