All the files I play seem to play with a shiver effect to them sound quality is bad. At first I thought it was my turntables or the needles, I cleaned the needles checked all connections, same thing so I switch to my cd turntables same thing the songs play quaky

Do you have the Key Lock option on - on the program? Looks like a music sign within the virtual circle. Try turning it off - does this help?
