I notice on about 70% of my exports my wav files end up with random static through out random parts of my tracks. Im not using any plugins with expired trials or anything else that would cause white noise/ static. Even when I get a clean export after multiple tries I go back to listen to the track weeks later and there is all of a sudden white noise/ static in the track.
Why is this?

probably due to poor latency, try raising it up. You could have too many plugins cooking too.

You can also use some audio editing tools or software to remove or reduce the static noise from your WAV files. For example, you can use a free and open-source audio editor to apply noise reduction or other effects to your audio files. You can also find some other free or paid audio editing software online.
