So it's time to upgrade to a new Macbook. I presently own a pair of 2015 Macbook Pro Retina's with dedicated graphics (AMD Radeon R9 M370X) & I've likely offered the best conceivable video quality to my clients for the past decade.

My recent upgrade to the Rane Four controller means upgrading in to a new laptop as neither of my Macbook's can be upgraded past Monterey.

Faced with the decision of spending between $3299-$5299 on a new machine. Hard drive space plays no role as only the OS will be installed on the 512GB SSD of whatever machine I purchase.

I also own Mix Emergency, so lets not turn this into a Serato Video vs. ME discussion. Simply hoping other video dj's who have recently upgraded to a stems controller my have some advice with any M1/M2/M3 Macbooks.
