Anyone have any ideas as to why I can no longer use my video plugin for Serato?
When I click the video tab it tells me to purchase, enter code or try in demo mode.
For some reason I can not get it out of demo mode now.
I check my license/plug ins and I have it. I've had it for years. This is a new issue.
Def need this solved before NYE.

I've just realized that none of my expansions are activating.
Pitch N Time - Full License - Not activating even tho it says Activated
Flip - Same thing
Video - Same thing
Wold Pack - Same thing
Ive logged out and logged back in. Restarted the software a dozen times. Upgraded to the newest version. Did all prev steps again. In my settings they all say Full License.
Only thing I can think of is, I don't have my controller plugged in as its at my residency location. I don't usually lug it back and forth unless I have another show to do somewhere else.
I have never had to have it plugged into my hardware before to get video to work. I usually work on my sets from the comfort of my couch. So I usually don't have my hardware plugged in.

This is what one of the devs emailed me. And it worked like a charm.
First of all, can you close all Serato applications, then please navigate to: ~User/Library/Application Support/Serato/Licences - and delete all files located in that folder.
Please note: The User Library may be hidden on OSX 10.7 and later versions. To show the User Library, click on the desktop and select “GO” from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen. While the GO menu is open, hold the Option (Alt) key on your keyboard and you will see a “Library” option appear in the list. This is how to access the hidden User Library folder, you are then able to navigate to the location listed above.

I would take a look in Program files>Serato. See if there’s a license folder in there anywhere.

yeah see sv like its a logo or start up program nothing happened when i click if i delete im afraid itll mess up something

I would open a support ticket. Link is up above. They’ll be able to walk you through it on windows. I know more about OSX than Windows. Good luck brother. Keep me posted.
