Could the Mac mini M2 hold serato video White ease or do I need to go for a MacBook Pro ?
How good Is the graphic card on it ?

Not sure about Serato Video - but I know Mix Emergency works great on all of the apple silicon (M1/2/3).
All of the new chips/laptops are just using the Apple on chip video anyway, you only need 1-3 cores to do video playback anyway. The m2s all have 10 cores.

Thanks for the answer @popnwave. I hope the new M2s could handle it with ease. It would be great to have any feed-back sur from users.
My main concern is for a home usage.
As I go for a home studio, it would be great for me to have a Mac mini M2 for serato video and stems for practicing home.
My now 2,6 Ghz intel core I7 with 6 core 16g of 2019 is showing some issues when usine stems + serato video and start overheating with the fans going crazy loud. I don’t feel confident using it for gigs so i planned to change it. Do you guys have any suggestions ?

Well - my one suggestion is to stress test the heck out of that 2019 because Apple hardware can really be pushed and it will throttle itself vs actually fail.
I use a 2019 i9 and while the fans do kick up it still operates cooler than my 2012 I retired. It used to hit 200 F close to 100 C in temps and it still did everything I needed it to. However stems would make the waveforms really sputter and it was heavier/thicker than these newer ones so I just decided to make the jump.
As long as your audio holds up and the UI doesn't give you headaches you'll be ok. I am sure a m2 will make you happy as well.

Major thumbs up to the 2023 Mac Mini M2. I have the 16GB Memory variety and it handles STEMS and video without any problems.
