Serato Video Not Working - Audio Playing

Anyone else having problems with video showing black screen on both left and right sides? The audio from the video clip is playing but no video on screen. Tried video clips in WIN Media Player and no issues there. Seems maybe after an update this issue came. And yes, I have updated the graphics driver. Everything should be working.

I get this issue on my M1 Max when videos are located on external SSD. If they're on the internal SSD they seem to play fine.

yes very same issue I put a couple on my laptop works find but won't play from external ssd only the video audio plays but video not showing

I'm seeing this issue as well. For some reason, video files I created in 2017 are loading properly but newer files arent. IDK if there was metadata written when older file were analyzed that allows them to work & not newer ones but this is a problem as I have a show in under 24hrs. smh

Running most updated SDJ on MacOS 13.5 on m2 chip.

If you haven't already got it fixed I reported it to Serato & they got me sorted out, I'm up an running now
