Would be great if we could unlock SDJ Pro with dongle or without hardware, and use my own dual stereo out sound card
I would like to go back to using my Rane MP-24 as the sound is so much better through this mixer especially mics. Etc. And EQ. Not too much a fan of my Roland 707m these days
Of course I can use a very small controller to unlock SDJ (Numark or Hercules ). But just trying to streamline the process.
Thoughts??

That will never happen. Serato is a Hardware only dongle. It has been like that since the days of scratch live. But there are open source programs or Virtual DJ that you can perhaps use

guess I gotta invest another $450
With the Reloop Flux
Would rather pay $250 for SL-3 support
And not buy more hardware :/)

so much for sustainability. Serato is literally bad for the environment, creating more e-waste.

This^ as a working DJ I always upgrade a year or 2 with new equipment. Whether it’s controller, lighting, speakers it just has to be done. However happy to say I’ve had my QSC K10’s for over 15 yrs now still rock solid.
