Video is not showing only the waveform.

I have one video mix that is not showing in Serato Video. It plays on Quicktime with no problem. I also played it through another DJ program called Virtual DJ with no problem. All my other videos play except this one. I have tried different formats. It was an mp4. I also converted into a mov file but still no luck. I would like to figure this out because it does not make any sense. I tried it in different versions of Serato with no luck.

Make a copy of it, an run it through handbrake.

Are you on Windows or MacOS?

Im on MacOS. Is that a program I can use with a Mac?

There is a Mac version and there is some extra notes about making it work on MacOS.

I tried the handbrake program but its still not showing in Serato Video

I would open a support ticket at this point. Usually SV works much smoother on MacOS vs Windows.
