Do you offer a written contract?

As a new DJ on the scene, I was told that a legal contract is one of the first indicators of whether a DJ is professional and reliable. A contract establishes the DJ’s obligation to the client (Vice Versa) and outlines what is required for the DJ’s success, by outlining his setup requirements and other factors related to his performance. What particular things do you request as a DJ in your contract? Do you use contracts? Why/Why not?

Yes. So I don't get ripped off on a cancellation the day before when I turned down 3 other gigs the week before.

True That, True That! or proper english version... Here Here! LOL
Gotta make sure you can commit to a gig and know you can turn down others without consequences. Contract is the only way.
