Serato Video Doesnt work

Dear community,

I bought Serato Video but If I drag and drop the Video Samples nothing happen. Picture work... I dont know why... can you help me?

1) enable Serato video
2) play a song
3) drag the video onto the Serato video panel (not the playing deck)
4) make sure the cross fader is playing the song

make sure quicktime is installed . I had the same problem. I didn't have Quicktime installed. Once I installed it it worked fine

Simply enable it by clicking the Video panel toggle near the top of the main Serato DJ interface, and the Serato Video panel and output screen will appear. You can then drop and drag video files from your library onto the virtual decks (or straight to the video windows), much like you would with regular audio files.

A separate video picture pop out. To drag to and external monitor or tv that's connected to you computer or laptop via an HDMI cable.
