genau das gleiche Problem habe ich seit heute auch, Update auf neue Version (2.3.2) hat auch nichts gebracht.
Konntest du inzwischen das Problem beheben oder lösen?

Die haben anscheinend ihr update mal wieder vorher nicht geprüft.

Just to ensure you're adding files correctly, Please follow these steps: support.serato.com

If this doesn't work, it'd be helpful to see a screen recording of you trying to add the files:

Download and install tiny take a free screen recorder application for Windows OS. Once installed, open tiny take (you'll be prompted to make an account) once done click capture and select 'Capture video' then highlight your full computer screen so we can see whats going on

When you are finished reproducing this issue, click the finish button then click either 'save locally' or 'save online'

Then send it to us. If the file size is too large, then I would suggest using a cloud service for uploading the file and send us the download link. (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc)

ist ja gar nicht umständlich auf diesem Wege..

Ich hatte z.B. Monate das Problem mit MP3s die ei äüö enthalten haben. Wurde erst nach mehrfachen nachfragen und Videos gelöst.

Na ja. Hauptsache es geht igendwie
