1000SRT disconnected for 10seconds while playing

Hey guys

I was playing with my SRT just for fun at home... after 20min playing there was suddenly no sound and my SRT was disconnected for 10 seconds. So the screen switched to the offline "player mode"... the SRT restarted by itself and the sound came back. that was so crazy and i dont understand why. I played since i have my SRT non stop in the clubs and at home, but never reported any problem like this. are there any DJs with the same problem out there?

Im using macOSSierra, Serato 2.2.3. and did not the SRT Upgrade to the new version.

I would recommend replacing the USB cable. That's an easy way to determine if it's a software/hardware issue or just a faulty USB cable.

Try doing a FACTORY RESET/RESTORE on the DDJ-1000SRT itself. Maybe it will help. Its located in the UTILITY menu of the SRT.
