Hi,

One of my friends and I are interested in performing as a 2+2. I've been Dj'ing for 20 years, user Serato and can beat match, but my friend cannot, and relies on Traktor's beat grid and his S8 to sync his tracks. This makes it difficult for him to mix into my track because the S8 has a limited ability to slip tracks and adjust tempo - at least in comparison to my DDJ-SX2's jog wheels.

Does anyone know if it's possible to sync Serato DJ and Traktor's beat grids?

Tell him to learn to beatmatch before he tries djing with other people?

Don't be unreasonable, you can't expect new djs to learn beatmatching these days
