Hi, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this problem..

I have a numark mixtrack pro 3 hooked up to a windows 10 laptop (just bought reconditioned one) when I link my tidal account I can see my playlists and navigate them but when I try and load a track into either of the channels the name will appear on the channel but the track itself won't load so I can't play anything from tidal. I hooked up a different laptop and had no problems. Is there some settings I need to change somewhere? Tried uninstalling serato and reinstalling. Updating laptop, restarting laptop Logging out of tidal and logging back in with no luck. can't find any discussions online for this would greatly appreciate any help
