No headphone sound Numark DJ2GO 2

Hello, I'm using the dj2go 2 controller with Serato Pro but I'm getting no sound through the headphone output, so I can't listen to the cued song.. The sound from the speakers is working fine.
Any ideas what might be happening and what I can do to solve this?

Check your sound setting on the laptop make sure they are set correctly. This tutorial may help. youtu.be

Hello, it turned out to be a problem in the built-in audio interface.
