Hey Everybody!

I´ve got an idea if I can DJing with a few cables on my MacBook Pro 13´ 2017 with two thunderbolts on board and 256Gb memory. So, one USB-C for power, one USB for controller and cabellos storage.

Is it even possible?

I mean, my library (imho) huge enough for 256Gb internal memory. I need about 2TB external space for the music library. I use now 2TB external HDD and think about to change it for SSD and, if it possible, wireless.

Who knows about any of simiar devices? Who has any job-experience using such a device?

Can’t you just get a thunderbolt 3 hub? That would give you all the ports you need.

Wireless storage isn't a thing yet.

Thunderbolt 3 dock (as mentioned) is going to be your most reliable and stable option.

Wireless ANYTHING is a super bad idea for many reasons:

Not reliable vs cables
Interference
Batteries
Lag
Sound quality
Single point of failure
I can go on...

basically... everything that Phase is.
