hey fellow djs if you have a mac and videos wont load or have a broken file tag its cause your operating system came with quicktime player x it wont recognize videos for serato u must use iTunes until serato fixes this problem

the only workaround is to re encode your videos to .mp4 using "HandBrake" a free video encoding software: handbrake.fr

I have a mcx8000 and I can not get the videos to be seen on channel 3 and 4, the 1 and 2 reproduce it perfectly, I understand that serato is not able to play video on the 4 decks, only on 1 and 2, Is this true? Excuse my English

yes only channel 1 & 2 only as you only 2 monitor windows and the main output window
