I was holding out too long for a 62, might as well step up to a
72 or a Pioneer S9.

So what exactly was Beast Mode on the 62s?
I never figured out what it did.

Beast mode automates the process of your fader carrier breaking. It activated every other month for me until I threw it into the local river for the 72.
